Outfront Offices

The client requested that the 1965 building be remodeled to modernize the facilities and also to attract talent. The client wanted their space to compete with the contemporary office landscapes pioneered by large High-Tech firms such as Uber, Google, and Pixar since the client was competing with these firms for employees.

The solution was to create two-story atrium where visitors would enter on the first floor into the new atrium, then up stairs to a new open office space complete with café style employee kitchen, and lunch areas, and 2-3 new conference rooms. The exterior was re-clad with silver pleated screens and new signage. The existing parking and landscape was re-designed.
