North Elevation: The model shows how the house is actually 3 structures: The Living room on the left, the Entry in the center, and the Main block on the right.

The Living Room is rotated 5 degrees from the other two structures to align directly with Mt. Tamalpais.

South and East Elevation:  In this model view, the "L" shaped house is shown wrapped around  stepped terraces.  The house is constructed around a knoll upon which the terraces are now built.

The house is sited to protect the terrace from the cool west wind.
