The 2400 SF 3-bedroom residence was designed for a family with 2 young children.  A play-yard was constructed on the south side of the house which is the front yard.

The house itself sits on piers over SF Bay.  Due to development standards across the street, the house placed its family room and master bedroom on the top level for views of SF Downtown to the south.

Exterior materials are: factory stained heavy-duty red cedar shingles.
